Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 2026 · TAB Northwest Arkansas

This Privacy Policy explains what information TAB Northwest Arkansas collects when you book a call or browse our pages, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to all TAB Northwest Arkansas pages where you can book a call about one of our services, and to the booking and email communications connected to them.

1. Who We Are

These pages are operated by Diana Rogers, owner of TAB Northwest Arkansas (The Alternative Board, Northwest Arkansas), a local peer advisory and business coaching practice serving Northwest Arkansas. Every TAB service begins with a short call to determine whether it's a good fit, so the main information we collect is the contact information you provide to book that call. You can reach us at diana@tabnwa.com or (479) 222-1910.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you book a call with us, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and phone number — along with anything you choose to share about your business and goals before or during the call.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this page, standard analytics and advertising tools may collect basic technical data, such as the pages you view, the ad or link that referred you, your device and browser type, and your general (city/region-level) location. We use this in aggregate to measure and improve our advertising and this page.

Call recordings. Our calls are usually held over video (typically Zoom), and are often recorded and/or transcribed by an automated note-taker so we can capture accurate notes and follow up well. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, just let us know at the start of the call and we'll turn it off. Recordings and transcripts are kept confidential and used only to serve you.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Email & Text Communications

After you book, you will receive automated emails related to your call — these are necessary to confirm and prepare for your appointment. You may also receive periodic follow-up messages. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time; unsubscribing does not affect emails required to manage a call you've booked.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may also send text messages, such as appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; you may still receive essential messages needed to manage a booked call.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this page and our follow-up, and only as necessary for that purpose:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data-protection obligations.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing diana@tabnwa.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale of your data — and we do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This page uses cookies and similar technologies through analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors arrive and interact. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some functionality but will not prevent you from booking a call.

8. Children's Privacy

Our pages and services are intended for adult business owners and leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

This page may link to third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any revision, and your continued use of this page after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
